The location and venue

Rising from the clifftop overlooking the North Sea, The Clubhouse at North Foreland Golf Club is your enchanting wedding venue in Thanet, Kent. Expect a relaxed ambience and heart-stopping views over lush emerald fairways and the sea beyond.

Our spacious, light and modern building boasts two private function suites for ceremonies and receptions:

If you opt for a North Foreland marriage service, it will be held at our ground floor venue The Lighthouse Brasserie. This impressive, flexible space will be set up with an aisle, lounge and bar area.

Later, we’ll reconfigure the room as the setting for a breathtaking dinner for up to 100 people, followed by an uptempo evening reception with dance floor and space for a DJ or band.

As an alternative evening reception venue, take a look at the beautiful Northcliff Bar, on our upper floor. This bright space enjoys wonderful views, particularly from the outdoor balcony, where dancefloor groovers can take a breather.

Our spacious car park provides plenty of free parking for your guests – and if you really wish to arrive in style, we can even provide space for a helicopter to swing in and land.

Menus 

We take the headache out of wedding catering. From fizzy arrival drinks to the evening buffet, our food and drink choices have that all-important wow factor.

Every wedding is unique, so our head chef will work with you to tailor the perfect menu to your big day. No need for any friends or family to miss out – we can cater for all special dietary needs, too.

If you have additional guests arriving in the evening, you can also choose a delicious buffet menu.
